Preface
It is well known that vacuum drying is to put raw material under the state of vacuum for heating and drying. If use vacuum to pump air and humidity out, the dry speed will be faster. Note: if use condenser, the solvent in raw material can be recovered. If the solvent is water, condenser might be canceled and the investment and energy could be saved.
It is suitable for drying heat sensitive raw materials that can decompose or polymerize or deteriorate at high temperature. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff and electronic industries.

Features
- Under the condition of vacuum, the boiling point of raw material will decrease and make the evaporation efficiency higher. Therefore, for a certain amount of heat transfer, the conducting area of dryer can be saved.
- The heat source for evaporation may be low pressure steam or surplus heat steam, or hot water etc.. The heat loss is less.
- Before drying, the treatment of disinfection may be carried out. During the period of drying, there is no impurity material mixed. It is in conformity with the requirement of GMP.
- It belongs to the static dryer. So the shape of raw material to be dried should not be destroyed.
- l Low noise and easy to clean and operate.
Main Application
This machine is suitable for drying the material which is easy to decompose/polymerization under the high temperature and the degenerative heat-sensitive materials. Before drying can take disinfects processing, to prevent intermingle materials during the drying process.
This machine belongs to static type vacuum dryer, so dry material body won't damaged, is widely used in pharmacy, food, chemical and electric industries etc.
Working Principle
This vacuum drier is designed with drying frame, which can be dismantled. Because of the raise of the hot wind, the heat is enough used to dry the material. Especially we adopts double steam tubes (indirect, layered) to improve the uneven temperature in the former static vacuum drier. The sealing door of the vacuum dryer is designed to be the floating structure and easy to open. The high vacuum degree makes the material dried more quickly at low temperature.
